According to a Washington Post report, Ukrainian officials are using face-scanning software from a US tech company to help identify dead Russian soldiers -- and then sending the photos of those corpses to their family members. CNN's Don Lemon discusses with John McLaughlin, former acting director of the CIA, and Col. Liam Collins, former defense adviser to Ukraine.
