Sudan's Ministry of Information: PM Hamdok under house arrest

Sudan's Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok has been placed under house arrest by "military forces," the country's Ministry of Information said in a statement posted on Facebook. CNN's Larry Madowo reports.
