As Chinese officials tout their success in containing Covid-19, there is growing concern within China over imported cases of the virus. Officials have claimed the source of recent outbreaks is imported frozen foods. Both the WHO and the CDC insist there is no evidence that Covid-19 can be contracted from food or food packaging.
