The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals granted a stay of execution for a mom convicted of murdering her 2-year-old daughter in 2007, putting Melissa Lucio's scheduled execution on hold and sending her case back to the trial court to review new evidence. CNN's Natasha Chen reports.
