Rudy Samuel was pulled over by Winfield police on May 13. Samuel streamed the incident over Facebook Live. During the encounter, one officer told Samuel he noticed "vegetation" in the window, which was the cause for pulling him over. Samuel responded that it was "tree stuff" and refused to exit the vehicle, leading officers to pull him out of the car and handcuff him while they searched the car, according to Samuel's spokesperson Peter Wright.
