Muere un peatón en California, tras ser atropellado por un Tesla X en piloto automático

Un Tesla Model X atropelló y mató a un transeúnte en California. El auto se desplazaba con el piloto automático y quedó totalmente destrozado tras el choque. Tesla dijo en un comunicado que le había indicado a la persona que debía mantener las manos en el volante pero que el conductor se había soltado unos seis segundos antes del accidente. Estos vehículos con piloto automático no son completamente autónomos y requieren que el conductor esté alerta durante todo el trayecto.
