La Unión Europea debatió en Bruselas sobre la situación política y social de Venezuela. La jefa de la Diplomacia Europea, Federica Mogherni, calificó de crítica la situación de este país, y aprovechó para advertirle al presidente Nicolás Maduro que el bloque continental está listo para tomar más medidas si su gobierno viola los principios democráticos.
