Jarwin Tee shot this time lapse video of the Mayon Volcano on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. He shot the video over the course of about an hour, taking one photo every 30 seconds for 130 shots. Tee was about 12 kilometers from the volcano, which is outside of the evacuation range.
