Hochul: Buffalo shooter's weapon was purchased legally

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul tells CNN's Dana Bash that the Buffalo shooter's gun was purchased legally at a gun store in New York. The shooter's high-capacity magazine must have been purchased elsewhere, she said, because they are banned in New York.
