The US Food and Drug Administration announced that it is limiting the emergency use authorization of the Johnson & Johnson/Janssen Covid-19 vaccine to people 18 and older. As confidence in the FDA's approval process wanes, medical analyst Dr. Jonathan Reiner joins CNN's New Day to address these concerns.
