'Umbrella Academy' actor Elliot Page announces that his character will be transgender in season three

'Umbrella Academy' star Elliot Page's character in the show will soon reflect him in real life in season 3. The character that was once formally known as 'Vanya Hargreeves' will now be known as 'Viktor Hargreeves'. Page came out as transgender and non-binary in 2020. Netflix has updated all of his credits to reflect the transition.
