Travel restrictions don't necessarily slow down Covid-19 infection rates, says International Air Transport Association Director General Willie Walsh. He adds that there's strong demand for flying when there's certainty about restrictions, and is hopeful this will be a "short-lived, temporary stay on the recovery."
