Man with the magic hand: Instagram sensation Nusret Gokce, a.k.a. Salt Bae, does his stuff for customers at his new restaurant in Abu Dhabi, the Nusr-et Steakhouse.

Maximum meat: The Nusr-et Abu Dhabi location includes an open meat freezer, similar to what you'd come across at your local butcher shop.

Raw beef: One of Nusr-et's signature dishes is beef sushi. Thin strips of raw beef are wrapped around rice balls.

On fire: One of Nusr-et's signature dishes, beef sushi, is cooked table-side by blowtorch.

Scorched sushi: The morsels of scorched meat are designed to be eaten by hand.

Steak spaghetti: Another of Nusr-et's signature dishes is steak spaghetti. Thin, moist strips of steak are flash-grilled, then wrapped around a fork before being served.

Steak knife: Lokum steak is a Turkish delicacy. It requires a sharp carving blade -- the kind Salt Bae often uses in his videos -- to make the cut so thin.

Dinner and a show: The open kitchens at Nusr-et's steakhouses allow patrons to see their meats being grilled before their eyes.

Marrow bones: Salt Bae's menus focus heavily -- you guessed it -- on grilled meats, with an emphasis on beef and lamb. In this dish, even the juicy marrow bones are served.
