The two towers are connected by a "spa bridge" filled with pools, lounges, and other amenities.

The resort half contains 795 rooms and suites spread across 43 floors, as well as private clubs, restaurants, and bars.

Many of the residences feature terraced gardens and infinity pools. Prices start at around $2 million.

Residents will also have access to a spa complex featuring pools, fitness facilities, and treatment rooms.

The Royal Atlantis is one of several new luxury hotel developments in Dubai as the Emirate gears up to host Expo 2020, which is expected to draw 25 million visitors. One rival is the FIVE Jumeirah Village Dubai resort, dotted with private pools and jacuzzies.

The resort comprises 247 luxury rooms and suites, 254 hotel apartments, and 269 pools with views across the city and desert.
