
Exclusive world: UK-based private jet charter company PrivateFly has revealed its latest customer insights report -- which sheds some light on the exclusive world of premier travel.

10. Las Vegas: Las Vegas is the 10th most popular global destination for PrivateFly private jet travelers. "The prominence of Las Vegas as a convention city coupled with its reputation for being America's adult playground make it a natural private jet destination," says Geoff Villano, Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations at PrivateFly.

9. Nice, France: Another popular vacation destination -- Nice, in the south of France -- also features in the top 10.

8. New York City: New York is high on the list too. PrivateFly reports that their customers spend between $8,488 - $85,097 for a private jet charter flight.

7. Manchester, UK: Privatefly also says there's been an increase in domestic UK flights -- the British cities of Manchester and Birmingham made the top 10 for the first time.

6. Birmingham, UK: The average number of legs per trip was just 1.57. It's also usual for private jet customers to book their flight just a week before they're due to take off.

5. Zurich, Switzerland: The Swiss financial hubs of Geneva and Zurich round out the top five.

4. Geneva, Switzerland: PrivateFly's latest report reveals that 72% of its private jet passengers are male, with an average age of 39 (two years younger than the 2017 average of 41).

3. Los Angeles, USA: Los Angeles is placed atthree, and is the most popular US destination. "Its role as an epicenter of sports, entertainment, culture and business make Los Angeles a natural pivot point," says Villano.

2. Paris, France: PrivateFly says it wants to expand its clientele -- it's targeting the millennial market.
