Lifestyles of the rich and famous: The Beverly Hills Hotel in California has unveiled two bungalow restorations inspired by two of its most famous guests: Marilyn Monroe and Howard Hughes. This is the patio area of Bungalow 1 (Marilyn's place). Click through the gallery to see more pictures of her spot plus photos of the Howard Hughes bungalow:

Picture perfect: Black and white photos of Marilyn grace a space that's decidedly feminine in style.

Have a read (or a watch): The bungalow provides plenty of reading material about the actress, along with some of her most popular movies.

Southern California chic: The restoration preserves that swank outdoorsy feel that Monroe loved.

The decor: Sensuous, rounded furniture is yet another sign you're in the Marilyn Monroe-inspired bungalow.

Howard Hughes bungalow: This is Bungalow 3, and it evokes the mystery and reclusive nature of its namesake.

Aviation magnate: Just in case you needed reminding -- Hughes formed the Hughes Aircraft Company in the 1930s and later acquired TWA (Trans World Airline).

Lush grounds: The foliage provides plenty of privacy, just the way Hughes liked it.

The decor: The colors and fabrics of the bungalow reflect the masculine tastes of Hughes.
