Italian artist Federico Babina has created a series of illustrations titled 'Interheroes'

For the series, Babina imagines and sketches the homes of world favorite superheroes.

He first became interested in architecture when flipping through drawings in comic books.

As a child, he imagined the cities that superheroes lived in, including New York, or the fictional city of Gotham.

"Travel -- with the imagination of a child -- through Gotham City in Batman or New York with Spider-Man helped the growth and education of a generation of architects."

The color palette for each illustration was inspired by the superhero's costume.

Furniture and other design details were inspired by their signature weapons.
