  • Sarah Mucha is a video producer covering the 2020 presidential election.

    Previously, Mucha worked for the Assignment Desk, where she produced and reported predominantly from Capitol Hill in addition to campaign-related and breaking news assignments.

    Mucha started her career at CNN as a News Associate, where she worked closely with the Capitol Hill team in addition to producing CNN Political Director David Chalian's podcast, the Daily D.C. During that time, she was also a contributing writer for Conde Nast, for whom she interviewed and profiled figures such as Madeleine Albright and Rep. Joaquin Castro.

    Originally from Antioch, Illinois, she graduated from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University with a degree in International Politics and Law. She is fluent in Polish and proficient in French and Spanish.
