  • Gwendolyn Sung is a Creative Director of CNN Digital. She oversees the Digital News Platform and Services (DNPS) design team, who is responsible for designing innovative storytelling tools that enables the editorial teams to create and distribute to all digital platforms.

    Sung previously served as the Creative Director of CNN Business. She provided creative direction on editorial features such as Vaquita: The Business of Extinction and Money, Power & Sexual Harassment. Her responsibilities also spanned web and mobile app products for CNN Business, Tech and Media.

    Prior to joining CNN, Sung worked in New Business at ZenithOptimedia, a Publicis Media company.

    Sung graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She then completed a Graphic Design Associate's degree at Parsons School of Design. Currently, she is based out of New York.
