  • Adam Pourahmadi is a producer with CNN Digital, producing long-form feature content for CNN's online channels.

    Pourahmadi's coverage focuses on a range of complex issues through on-the-ground reporting. He has covered one woman's efforts to tackle Ohio's opioid crisis and interviewed coal miners transitioning to work in solar energy in Kentucky. He also works with CNN's international correspondents to produce mini-documentaries for CNN's Facebook Watch show, 'Go There', which covers a range of global issues from climate change in Greenland to the conflict in Syria.

    Prior to joining CNN in 2019, Adam served as a producer at VICE News and Al Jazeera English. Adam grew up in DeKalb, IL and received a master's degree in Middle East Politics from the University of Oxford, St. Antony's College.
