Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s office said Sunday that a delegation from his country has agreed to meet with a Russian delegation at the Ukrainian-Belarusian border "without preconditions."

Zelensky's office also confirmed Belarus President Aleksander Lukashenko had called the Ukrainian leader today.

"Aleksander Lukashenko has taken responsibility for ensuring that all planes, helicopters and missiles stationed on the Belarusian territory will remain on the ground during the Ukrainian delegation's travel, meeting and return," Zelensky's office said.
