LEON HARRIS, CNN ANCHOR: All right. And before we go to break, we've got one more we want to toss up right now. This is a late breaking development right now. We haven't yet made the call in this particular case; however, in Minnesota, the case -- the state that we have been watching so closely, the VNS, the Voters News Service, and the Associate Press now,...
DARYN KAGAN, CNN ANCHOR: Oh, they too?

HARRIS: Yes, the Associated Press has now joined VNS in calling the race there for Norm Coleman. CNN is not yet ready to make that call, and all the precincts have not yet reported in. We also have our own real vote counters who are looking at different polling information that we've got coming in to CNN exclusively coming out (ph). And it has been we don't feel comfortable yet making this call; however, the Voter News Service and the Associated Press now calling the race in Minnesota for Norm Coleman.

CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Oh what a victory for the Republicans in Minnesota.

HARRIS: Surprising turnaround.

COSTELLO: It's been such a strange election there.

HARRIS: Incredible turnaround. Yes, exactly.

KAGAN: Yes, a roller-coaster.

HARRIS: All right, well...

KAGAN: Handing him victory, it looks apparently...

HARRIS: Yes.

KAGAN: ... for the Republican.
