TODD LITTLE, Stark County, Ohio: President Bush was invited by the Timken Company to come to Canton and speak.

BUSH (at Timken, April 23, 2003): I know you're optimistic about the future of this company. I'm optimistic about the future of our country.

LITTLE: About a year later, Timken announced that they were gonna close the factories and cut 1,300 people out of work. People felt real betrayed.

ANNOUNCER: Timken is now building a plant in China. Under President Bush, they'll get a tax break.

LITTLE: It's about time we'll get a president who is on Ohio's side.

KERRY: I'm John Kerry and I approve this message.
