Former "America's Next Top Model" contestant Jael Strauss reveals on social media she has been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. "With treatment it may prolong my life longer than the 'few months' doctors said I could make it," the 34-year-old wrote on Facebook. "I don't want to die."
