CNN  —

Thousands of Fisher-Price cradle swings have been recalled after reports that the moving seat has fallen, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

The “Cradle n’ Swing,” which rocks side to side or head to toe with “speeds from low to high” and a mobile that hangs above, has a peg that holds the seat to the base.

The commission received two reports that the peg came out from the seat, causing the seat to dislodge and fall, according to the website. It said this can happen when the seat peg is not fully engaged.

“Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cradle swing and contact Fisher-Price for revised assembly instructions,” the website says.
