(CNN)Two blasts that rocked a busy outdoor market in eastern Baghdad on Sunday killed at least 66 people, Iraq's Health Ministry said Monday.

In a statement released by its media wing, ISIS claimed responsibility for what it described as two suicide bomb attacks.
