Chelsea Clinton is pregnant with her second child, she announced Monday

Hillary Clinton is going to have her hands full in a few months – with a second grandchild.
Daughter Chelsea Clinton tweeted from her verified account that she’s pregnant with her second child.
“Next summer, Charlotte is going to be a big sister! Feeling very blessed & grateful this holiday season.”
And in a statement posted on Facebook, Clinton and husband Marc Mezvinsky said, “Next summer, Charlotte is going to be a big sister! We are feeling particularly blessed and grateful this holiday season. Being Charlotte’s parents has been the most joyous, meaningful and loving experience of our lives and we are very excited about growing our family in the new year.”
Clinton mentions her granddaughter in nearly every appearance and is regularly asked about the baby when she works the rope line after events, with people asking for updates on Charlotte’s progress with walking and talking. And with former President Bill Clinton about to hit the campaign trail for his wife, expect to hear even more about the growing family.
Charlotte has not made an appearance on the campaign trail, in part because Clinton wants to give the child some semblance of privacy.
The former secretary of state responded on Twitter: “Your dad and I could not be happier for you, Marc, and Charlotte. We’re so excited to meet our second grandchild! -H”
Clinton also expressed her joy at a campaign event in Keota, Iowa, on Tuesday.
“I’m going to be a grandparent again. It’s like the best news for me. It’s the best club I’ve been in,” she said.
