Washington (CNN)Ted Cruz slammed the FBI Friday for not keeping the media out of the home of the two suspects in the San Bernardino shootings.

"It is very concerning that the Obama administration has failed to adequately secure the residence where hundreds of bombs where they planned this terror attack. It appears a search warrant was executed and then law enforcement left and media are now walking freely in a crime scene," Cruz said Friday shortly before attending a pro-gun rally.
Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik have been identified by law enforcement as the two who stormed a San Bernardino holiday party Wednesday and killed 14 people and wounded 21 more. The two were killed in a shootout with police later that day outside their home.
The landlord for Farook and Malil let press into the home Friday, where smashed electronics and children's toys could be seen.
"That makes no sense whatsoever," Cruz said. "The FBI should have secured that location and should be scouring it for evidence."
