
Teenager Adam Park lost 165 pounds in a little over two years.

In May 2013, Park weighed in at 315 pounds.

By September of that year, he dropped 20 pounds.

Forty-five pounds later, Park marked nearly a year on his weight loss journey.

He was down to 209 pounds in October 2014.

He dropped under 200 pounds on by November 2014.

He was under 185 pounds at the end of 2014.

He's now at 150 pounds and "a brand new young man that I had never seen before," his trainer said.
