Chuy, also known as Prince Chuburto Jesus Kowell, is a hairless mix rescue dog from Tennessee. Thanks to a dose of salmon oil with each meal he has grown a respectable Afro patch of hair and black skin. "I just ignore comments about me smelling like low tide on the beach.
