List of charges against officers in Freddie Gray case

Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby announced that a grand jury indicted six police officers in the death of Freddie Gray.

One officer – the driver of a police van – has been charged with several counts, including second-degree depraved-heart murder.

Three officers have been charged with several counts, including involuntary manslaughter. Two other officers are charged with several counts, including second-degree assault.

Here is a full list of charges, as released by the Office of the State’s Attorney for Baltimore City. Numbers in parentheses are maximum sentences if there is a conviction.
