Back to the future? —
Hong Kong architect Ian Foster has harbored a lifelong passion for classic cars and motorcycles. Over the course of 25 years he has acquired a collection big enough to create a museum in his native Northern Ireland. This picture shows his favorite possession - a 1981 DeLorean.

Relics of times past —
Foster's collection also features this 1959 Austin A55, which used to be a car of choice for Hong Kong taxis in the 1950s.

Showstopping collection —
This Mercedes from 1985 is just one of 40 classic cars and 130 classic motorcycles Foster acquired over the course of 25 years.

Rare treasures —
Foster, shown here, says that classic cars appreciate in value as many of the old models become scarcer.

Polished to perfection —
He heavily invests in the maintenance of his cars, such as this deep red Jaguar from the 1970s which is currently being repaired.
