Around 40 cats and dogs perished at the Tea Tree Gully Boarding Kennels and Cattery in South Australia. In a statement on the kennel's Facebook group, the owners said "We did manage to save in excess of 40 dogs. Devastatingly we lost the cattery and none of the cats survived."
