Tennant also reprised his role from the BBC's "Broadchurch" on "Gracepoint," the Fox remake of the show, this past fall. Ed Araquel/Fox

Following her turn as Nebula in "Guardians of the Galaxy," Gillan starred as a modern day Eliza Doolittle on ABC's sitcom "Selfie," which was canceled in November. Eric McCandless/ABC
Playing Amy's husband, Rory, Arthur Darvill accompanied Matt Smith's Doctor on many adventures. ADRIAN ROGERS/BBC
