Rapper Lil Snupe, 18, was killed after being shot twice in the torso in pre-dawn hours Thursday in Winnfield, Louisiana, police said.
Police were still investigating the shooting Thursday afternoon and hadn’t established a motive, according to a police statement provided by Lt. Charles Curry.
The Winn Parish coroner investigators declared him dead at the scene of an apartment building, police said.
His real name was Addarren Ross, and he had just signed a recording deal with Meek Mill’s Dream Chasers label, police said.
