Country fried steak and eggs —
IHOP's country fried steak and eggs comes with two eggs, hash browns and two buttermilk pancakes for a total calorie count of 1,760. It also has 3,720 milligrams of sodium.

Crispy chicken costoletta —
The Cheesecake Factory's crispy chicken costoletta packs 2,610 calories, 89 grams of saturated fat and 2,720 milligrams of sodium. That's more calories than an entire KFC 12-piece original recipe bucket of chicken.

Chocolate zuccotto cake —
The chocolate zuccotto cake at Maggiano's Little Italy weighs a little bit less than a pound. It has 1,820 calories, 62 grams of fat and 26 teaspoons of added sugar. You might as well eat 15 Hostess Ho Hos, CSPI says.

Bacon cheddar double burger —
Where to start? The Johnny Rockets bacon cheddar double burger is 1,770 calories with its white bun, two beef patties, four cheese slices, four strips of bacon and a sauce. As a comparison, three McDonald's Quarter Pounders with cheese have 1,570 calories. Add Johnny Rockets' sweet potato fries for 590 calories and a Big Apple shake for a total calorie count of 3,500, with 88 grams of saturated fat and 15 teaspoons of added sugar.

Veal porterhouse —
Maggiano's Little Italy offers several veal dishes, but the 18 ounce veal porterhouse tops them all with 1,900 calories. With the side of potatoes, the meal is 2,710 calories, 45 grams of saturated fat and 3,700 milligrams of sodium. That's the equivalent of eating four Pizza Hut personal pan pepperoni pizzas, CSPI says.

Peanut power plus grape smoothie —
Smoothie King's king-sized peanut power plus grape smoothie has at least three days' worth of added sugar, not to mention 1,460 calories. Want more? The large Hulk smoothies have between 1,600 and 1,930 calories.

Deep dish macaroni and cheese —
Uno Chicago Grill's deep dish macaroni and three cheese has 1,980 calories, 71 grams of saturated fat and 3,110 milligrams of sodium. CSPI compares it to eating a family-size container of Stouffer's macaroni and cheese with half a stick of melted butter on top.
