Wednesday: Tulsa hate crime arraignment —
Jake England, left, and Alvin Watts will be arraigned Wednesday, facing murder and hate crime charges after a shooting in April that killed three and wounded two others in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.

Thursday: Jerry Sandusky hearing —
Former Penn State University football coach Jerry Sandusky's defense team will argue that his trial in June of last year, which convicted Sandusky on 45 counts of child sex abuse, happened too fast.
