[UPDATED 8:11am] CNN senior legal analyst Jeff Toobin says it would be a disaster for President Obama if health care law was struck down in SCOTUS.

[UPDATED 7:49am] Minority Whip Rep. Steny Hoyer says it’s too early to say that the health care case is over, reiterates that the mandate is constitutional.
