The US Coast Guard is responding to a ferry boat fire near San Juan, Puerto Rico. According to Coast Guard spokesperson, Jonathan Lally, 512 people aboard the ferry are preparing to abandon ship after a fire in the engine room. Lally says they have no reports of injuries at this time. The fire is aboard the Caribbean Fantasy, a passenger and cargo ship that routinely runs between Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.
