Two very different races are happening in North Korea this weekend. The race to develop nuclear weapons, and the annual Pyongyang marathon which took place Sunday. As the USS Carl Vinson strike group approaches the Korean peninsula, analysts believe North Korean leader Kim Jong Un could order a sixth nuclear test at anytime.
