Mientras el presidente de Colombia Juan Manuel Santos asegura que el proceso de entrega de armas por parte de la FARC terminaría el 27 de junio, pero para el analista Luis Alberto Villamarín, las FARC no está cumpliendo con el desarme completo del grupo guerrillero.
