55-minute guided walking tours depart every 10 minutes. Evening tours are also available.

Group Tours

Bring your group to the Inside CNN Studio Tour in the global headquarters of The Worldwide Leader in News. Your group will get a firsthand look at how the news is gathered, written and reported by the inventors of 24-hour news. Discounted rates are available for groups of 20 or more.

Maximum Capacity

Each tour can accommodate up to 45 people. Larger groups can take successive tours; tours depart approx every 10 minutes.

Accessibility

The Inside CNN Studio Tour is a 55-minute walking tour that descends 8 flights of stairs. Elevator assisted tours are available at 10:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 3:30 p.m. These tours tend to sell out quickly so reservations are highly recommended.

For accessibility assistance, please call 404.827.2300 at least 72 hours in advance to make a reservation. Same day tickets are subject to availability - call for information.

Please let us know in advance if your group will need a sign language interpreter. We also offer written transcripts of the tour in multiple languages. Please ask for these when you check in. Verbal translation is allowed only on private tours.

Updating or Cancelling Your Reservation

  • Please make all changes to your reservation, including final numbers, time changes or cancellations at least 2 business days prior to the date of your tour.

Buses

Drop off: Please have your buses unload on Centennial Olympic Park Drive in front of the large CNN letters.

On-Street parking: There is usually free, on-street parking for motorcoaches on Centennial Olympic Park Drive near Philips Arena. The driver must stay with the bus.

Off-Street parking: If you prefer lot parking, the GWCC Marshalling Yard offers bus parking for $25. Click here for directions .

Check-in Process

  • The tour ticket booth is located inside of CNN Center near Starbucks.
  • Please check in your group approximately 30 minutes prior to the first tour time.
  • Payment is due upon arrival.
  • Please have your tour guests lined up at least five minutes before their tour begins.
  • If you are running late, please call us at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tour.
