CNN NEWSWATCH BILLING TERMS & REFUND POLICY

There is no cost to use the CNN Newswatch service during the trial period, and it is NOT necessary to provide your credit card information to use the service during the trial period.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION WELCOME PASS SPECIAL OFFER
If you choose to subscribe to the Annual Subscription Welcome Pass Special Offer, your credit card is required, and the cost of the CNN Newswatch service is $1 for the first three months, and $44.96 for the following nine months. The $44.96 charge will automatically occur after the initial three months of the subscription has completed. In order to prevent the $44.96 charge and terminate your CNN Newswatch service, you must call CNN Newswatch Customer Support at (888) 564-6726, at least two business days before the end of your initial three-month subscription. The $1 cost is non- refundable. If you choose to cancel after your initial three months of subscription, a full or pro-rated portion of the $44.96 can be refunded. Please read below for a detailed explanation.

INITIAL SUBSCRIBERS TO THE SERVICE:
You may try the service during the trial period for free. When you choose to subscribe you must provide Personally Identifying Information (PII) and appropriate credit card information. A $1 service fee will automatically be billed upon subscribing, and after the duration of three months, a charge of $44.96 will automatically be billed to your credit card covering the ensuing nine-month term. Credit card charges will be processed immediately after the initial subscription, thus beginning the term, and access to the entirety of the service will be immediate.

CANCELLATIONS:
To cancel your CNN Newswatch service, you must call CNN Newswatch Customer Support at (888) 564-6726, at least two business days before the end of your initial three-month subscription. Doing so will prevent the charge of $44.96 for the following nine months. Regardless of when you choose to cancel during your initial three months, your subscription will still be fully functional and useable for said three months. The $1 charge is non-refundable.

REFUNDS:
The $1 charge for the first three months of service is non-refundable. If you do not cancel your subscription within the first three months (adhering to the two business day policy), and the $44.96 charge is subsequently applied, you can still cancel thereafter for a full or pro-rated refund. By canceling during the first 30 days following your initial three-month subscription (not including the trial period) you can receive a full refund on your $44.96. If you choose to cancel after the first 30 days following your initial three month subscription the refund dollar amount is figured by multiplying the monetary value of your monthly rate ($5) by the number of full months remaining in your contract. Cancellations take effect in the month following the month they are received and your account will remain active until the end of the month in which you cancel. All cancellations must be made by calling the CNN Newswatch Customer Service Department at (888) 564-6726.

RENEWALS:
After your initial 12 months of service, your CNN Newswatch subscription will automatically renew, and the regular annual charge of $59.95 will automatically be charged to your credit card covering the next 12-month term.

RENEWAL CANCELLATIONS:
After a $59.95 charge has been applied, cancellation is still available for a pro-rated refund of that money. This refund dollar amount is figured by multiplying the monetary value of your then monthly rate ($5) by the number of full months remaining in your contract. Cancellations take effect in the month following the month they are received and your account will remain active until the end of the month in which you cancel. For renewal cancellation to be effective, the cancellation must be communicated at least 2 business days before the first day of the next renewal date. All cancellations must be made by calling the CNN Newswatch Customer Service Department at (888) 564-6726.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION OFFER
If you choose to subscribe to the Monthly Subscription Offer, your credit card is required, and the cost of the CNN Newswatch service is $6.95 per month.

REFUNDS:
There are no refunds for Monthly Subscription subscribers. In order to terminate your service, please see the above section on cancellations. by CNN Newswatch at any time and each renewal of your subscription will be at the then standard renewal cost.

RENEWALS:
After each month of service, your CNN Newswatch subscription will automatically renew, and the regular monthly charge of $6.95 will automatically be charged to your credit card covering the next month of service.

CHANGES IN COST:
Monthly or Annual Subscription costs may be changed.
