Spencer Feingold is a journalist on CNN's award-winning International Desk in Atlanta, Georgia. As a researcher, he covers breaking news from around the world and contributes to feature stories and digital writes for CNN.

    Before joining the International Desk, Feingold worked at CNN in New York, where he helped produce several documentaries, including Fareed Zakaria's "The Legacy of Barack Obama" and "The Most Powerful Man in the World," a CNN Special Report on Russian President Vladimir Putin.

    Prior to joining CNN, Feingold was a research associate at a foreign policy think tank in New York. He was also a reporter for The Times of India in New Delhi, India, where he covered Delhi metro news.

    Feingold has a bachelor's degree in political science from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, and a master's degree in international affairs and media studies from The New School in New York City.
