Jasmine Lee is an associate producer for CNN Politics, where she writes, edits and manages the day-to-day production of CNN Politics' content across all platforms, including desktop, mobile and social properties.
Lee started with CNN as a news assistant with the newsgathering group working on the assignment desk and assisting with show production in DC. She also previously worked in CNN's Political Unit. Prior to that, she spent time with a local NBC affiliate working as a multimedia journalist, covering everything from presidential candidates visiting St. Louis to a profile on refugee students in mid-Missouri.
Lee graduated from the University of Missouri with degrees in broadcast journalism and political science. She was born in Seoul, South Korea, and is fluent in Korean.
