She enjoys longer-form storytelling with a focus on profiling the lives of inspiring humans.
Before coming to CNN, Chillag was a reporter and anchor for WINZ radio in South Florida, a freelance print reporter contributing to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Sun-Sentinel and the Miami Herald and a news writer for the CBS and ABC TV affiliates in Miami.
She earned her bachelor's degree from The University of Florida and a masters degree in communication from the University of Miami.
