At least 120 people die and more than 200 are wounded in an attack on Shiite pilgrims in Hilla, Iraq. In the deadliest attack, two suicide bombers strike a crowd of pilgrims traveling by foot to a Shiite religious gathering.
The violence comes as U.S. forces in Iraq are experiencing their own deadliest day in nearly a month.
