Crumpled buildings and trashed relics of Americana are nearly all that remain of this town of 1,600 people after a massive tornado struck Friday, May 4. At least 11 residents died. Holmes visited the area in February 2006 for what he didn't know was the last time and shot numerous photos of the city and its quaint landmarks. After the tornado, he returned and captured photos of these same locations, showing the destruction of what once were sources of local pride.
