American Airlines Flight 11, Boston to Los Angeles Daniel C. Lewin, 31, co-founder of Akamai Technologies, was on American Airlines Flight 11. The hijacked jet, headed from Boston to Los Angeles, crashed into the north tower of the World Trade Center at 8:45 a.m. Tuesday.
