The secret lives of candidates (Part 2)
![]() From cartoonist Brixton Doyle See more of his work ![]() ![]() Ever wonder what keeps Warp cartoonist Brixton Doyle up at night? Questions like the ones he asks here: Barack Obama raised $32.5 million in second quarter contributions, out pacing Hillary Clinton by 10 million. Tack on another $25.7 million for the first quarter and that's a lotta scratch for this bright and shiny presidential hopeful. Is the junior senator's success due to his considerable charisma, any real plan for the nation's future, or merely a war-weary public's reaction to the current administration? Obamarama. Are we ready to rock? Monday, July 02, 2007
Caption challenge fans, hare you go
![]() Warp CNN caption challenge participants, your captions for this I-Report photo sent in by David Witherly of Clinton Township, Michigan, are just purrrrrfect. The mighty warrior Achilles has but one weakness, and it's not his heel this time. As the pictures at right demonstrate, these two are a couple worthy of epic legends in their honor. ![]() In response to the selection of the duo's photo for the challenge, Warp CNN readers responded with an assortment of creative uses of the word "hare" and even a few well-conceived comparisons of the bunny to various benign and malignant growths. (And of course, there was a select group of you that made the sinister implication that Lightning may not be out of the water yet with this cat.) From the massive collection of responses, we’ve had the tough job of narrowing them down. Our four favorites of sorts are from Nigel Chops, Valerie, Ryan and Paul Thurman. None of them named their current location, but we can assume they're all of Planet Earth. Maybe. Now it’s your turn to vote on which caption you think is the funniest. After all, this challenge could be "hare" today and gone tomorrow. Can you hear me now?
